The latest delay has pushed hearing arguments to early 2018. Although you, as a consumer, will only see changes with our sampling program and on product packaging labels, we are working internally to comply with the FDA regulations which went into effect in August 2016. The outside of the pack may look a little different, but the same premium cigarillos on the inside.

The Cigar Association of America (CAA), Cigar Rights of America (CRA), and the International Premium Cigar and Pipe Retailers Association (IPCPR) have been challenging the FDA’s ruling. “This is certainly good news for our retail and manufacturing community, given the nature of the rules the industry is facing, and the uncertainty they create. This gives everyone, the industry and the administration alike, time to revisit the regulation, to determine the best path forward,” said IPCPR Chief Executive Officer, Mark Pursell.
