Cigarillos in South Carolina 2019-04-02T17:04:50+00:00

Unfortunately, all Al Capone cigarillos in South Carolina will no longer be available due to a new State Regulation effective in 2019. It is illegal to sell products classified as little cigars (less than three pounds per thousand) in South Carolina. We’re still awaiting feedback from our lawyer to understand our options moving forward in the state. Many stores in South Carolina have started running out of Al Capone products and are not reordering, but retailers that still have product in stock and online retailers are allowed to sell off their inventories. The Al Capone company cannot sell directly to consumers or any other retailer located in South Carolina.

When using our store search, please contact the store for current inventory.
